Colindale Hospital Regeneration
Stuart was the Development Project Director who led the successful planning application for 714 new homes, a 13 storey hotel and new transport interchange and Underground station. This was whilst working for Fairview New Homes Ltd.
This 4.4 hectare site was at the heart of the London Borough of Barnet’s vision for the local area. Stuart was responsible not only for delivering this large regeneration consent in 2009. He was also responsible for co-ordinating the Colindale Area Action Plan, which was adopted in 2010.
Engagement with local communities and high quality architectural design sat at the heart of this transformational repurposing of a redundant site.
