Sun Street Hotel
How to take a locally listed derelict Georgian terrace, refurbish and extend it and convert into a bespoke hotel.
The Charles Dance Georgian terraces on Sun Street in the City of London had long fallen into disuse. Stuart led the project team who stabilised the derelict buildings, added a sympathetic modern extension at the rear and created a 5 star 41 room hotel. This was all carried out on a logistically constrained site, next to the two residential towers being simultaneously constructed.
